"The People are the masters of both Congress and courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert it!" Abraham Lincoln...
”As democracy is perfected, the office represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. We move toward a lofty ideal. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their hearts desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.”

The Science Is In
Five Australian MPs have resigned in a revolt against Al Gore's theory of global warming conspiracy. They resigned their portfolios rather than follow their leader Malcolm Turnbull in voting Kevin Rudd's Government on a new Emissions Trading Scheme.
Despite the idiots who claim that "right-wing hackers" broke into CRU, evidence continues to point to the probability that this was an inside job; a "leak", as it were. CRU has been bombarded with Freedom of Information requests, which they've been stonewalling. However, all of the documents assembled fall under the FOI requests, which indicates that the folks at CRU compiled them for (likely) one of two reasons: if forced to comply, access would be relatively easy. Alternatively, having them all in one place makes it considerably easier to wipe the data.
Personally, I love that those who claim that "deniers" and "right-wingers" in general are really, really stupid suddenly turn around and claim that we're devious enough to crack our way into CRU and "steal" only the relevant documents. Which is it?
