# have the means to sustain themselves economically;
# not destined to be burdens on society;
# of economic and social benefit to society;
# of good character and have no criminal records; and
# contributors to the general well-being of the nation.

The law also ensures that:
# immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor;
# foreign visitors do not violate their visa status;
# foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country's internal politics;
# foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported;
# foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported;
# those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.
These seem pretty common sense. These are the Mexican immigration laws, worth a look.

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican men who display extreme jealousy or avoid sex with their wives could be tried in court and punished under a new law, the special prosecutor for crimes against women told a local newspaper on Friday.
Men found guilty of jealousy or indifference could face up to five years in prison, the newspaper said. Mexico's individual states will determine the punishments, it said.
The progressive new law was passed this month to protect women from domestic violence.
Perez Duarte said indifference, jealousy or lack of love were crimes against women just as much as physical violence.

"Jealousy produces a particular type of stress in the person that comes up against it," she said. "It is exactly the same. They are wounds, psychological scars identical to physical scars."

We don't need no stinkin' Free Speech

The Students for a Democratic Fascist Society have once again managed to shut down the free exchange of ideas like the true fascists that they are. A debate was scheduled to be held at UCLA between Carl Braun the California State Director of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps and Dr. Yaron Brook of the Ayn Rand Institute regarding border security.
"Apparently the open border advocates will infringe upon our constitutional rights to free speech because they are worried that we will educate college students about the criminal elements that enter our country illegally while they simultaneously threaten the personal security of our members," stated Chris Simcox, founder and President of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps.
Anarchist websites urged like minded free speech haters to show up and protest. They even gave tips on how to avoid the police and how to wear clothing that helps protect them from Tazers.
Citing the school authorities' security concerns, Arthur Lechtholz-Zey, Chief Executive Officer of Club Logic, notified Mr. Braun at 6pm Monday evening (Pacific Time) that the event was cancelled.

A Modest Proposal for the governor

Since Oregon Governor K. suggests that Oregon Climatologist George Taylor stop using the title because it does not represent the states position on climate change, I have a humble request.
Since I disagree with almost all of the governor's views and his leadership, and the fact that he won by less than 51% of the vote, I think he should be known as the "1/2- Governor of Oregon".

Oregon governor Comrade Kolongoski is demanding loyalty to the state. Since the opinions of state climatologist George Taylor don't fit into the governor's program, Kolongoski is suggesting that he be stripped of his title and given to an appointee. Sen. Brad Avakian, (D) Washington County, is sponsoring the bill. He said global warming is so important to state policy it's important to have a climatologist as a consultant to the governor.
The Governor says, "I just think there has to be somebody that says, 'this is the state position on this.'"
Perhaps Mr. Taylor needs to be sent to a "global warming" indoctrination camp. The last thing we need is for this highly acclaimed climate scientist to interfere with our agenda.
While the MSM insists that the global warming we are experiencing is "very" likely caused by human activity, there are still courageous conscientious experts that insist on keeping an open mind and following the scientific method. The truth stands on it's own and doesn't shy away from any challenge.

More on the framing of the Border Guards

More evidence is finally coming out about the obvious railroading of the two border agents Ramos and Compean.
Rep. John Culberson, R-Texas, yesterday called for the resignation of four DHS investigators, including Assistant Inspector General Elizabeth Redman, after DHS Inspector General Richard Skinner testified under oath his deputies had lied to Congress about non-existent reports that were supposed to have established Ramos and Compean as rogue cops who wanted to "shoot some Mexicans."
These non-existent reports were the primary reason that these border guards testimonies were suspect.
Medical records obtained by WND clearly establish the bullet wounds suffered by Aldrete-Davila involved a lateral wound to the left buttocks, not a "shot in the back" as repeatedly claimed by Sutton. This is completely contrary to the claim that the smuggler was shot in the back as he tried to run away, but is more consistent with someone in a threatning sideways stance perhaps pointing a gun.
The smugglers handler, DHS Special Agent Christopher Sanchez, who had signed a number of the reports used to convict Ramos and Compean also sheparded the smuggler around and when he was released from the hospital, Sanchez took possession of the removed bullet and took it home, breaking the "chain of evidence". The facts must come out and those responsible for this injustice must be punished.

GLOBAL WARMING OR GLOBAL SCAM

Morgan Stanley vice chairman Jon Anda wants us to “to think of climate change in cash flow terms: imagine a series of payments over many years to cover the damage from carbon emissions… Simply put, we have a carbon liability and the value of that liability is rising”.
"Although he doesn’t mention this in his Financial Times article, one big future winner may be Anda’s own firm. Morgan Stanley announced last October that it “plans to invest in approximately $3 billion of carbon/emission credits, projects and other initiatives related to greenhouse gas emissions over the next five years.”
"Another big winner may be Wall Street powerhouse Goldman Sachs, part owner of the European Climate Exchange and the Chicago Climate Exchange – the exclusive marketplaces for trading carbon credits."
"And although Anda avoids discussing the all-important flip side of his conclusion, just who are the “losers” providing the “winners” with their dubiously-gained profits?

Arizona Legislator wants to criminalize defenders

She looks innocent enough doesn't she?
Arizona House of Representative Kyrsten Sinema (District 15, Phoenix) is proposing legislation that would revise an Arizona criminal statute that would make felons out of patriots, and classify groups such as the Minutemen, Guardian Angels or anyone daring to voluntarily identify and report illegal activity in her state as "domestic terrorists" and worthy of a 6-month minimum stint in prison.
The following is a text of the bill she is sponsers:
A. An individual or group of individuals commits domestic terrorism if the individual or group of individuals are not affiliated with a local, state or federal law enforcement entity and associate with another individual or group of individuals as an organization, group, corporation or company for the purpose of patrolling to detect alleged illegal activity or to individually patrol for the purpose of detecting alleged illegal activity and if the individual or group of individuals is armed with a firearm or other weapon.

B. Any city, town or county that suffers injury arising out of a violation of this section may maintain an action in superior court for the recovery of damages or for an injunction, or both. the court may award the successful party reasonable attorney fees.

C. If the court sentences the defendant to a term of probation, the court shall order that as an initial condition of probation the defendant be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not less than six months. This jail term of incarceration shall not be deferred, deleted or otherwise suspended and shall commence on the date of sentencing. THis subsection does not apply to persons who are sentenced to serve a period of incarceration in the state department of corrections.

D. A violation of this section is a class 5 felony.

Obviously Ms. Sinema does not believe in the second amendment or the right for law abiding Americans to defend their own country, property or themselves. The Minutemen who are often discribed as NeoNazis, KKK, and right-wing extremist zenophobes, to date have not had one documented instance of perpetuated violence. On the contrary, when ever they have assembled to lodge peaceful legal protests, they are generally the victims of verbal and even physical assault. It is clear that Ms. Sinema is an enemy to the majority of Americans that believe in securing our borders and having a well regulated and sustainable immigration policy. You have to ask yourself why a large Australian bank would be interested in owning over 40 small newspapers in the U.S.? Well maybe it's because Macquarie Bank is Australia's largest capital rising firm and has invested billions in purchasing roads in U.S., Canada and U.K.
With the rising opposition to the Nafta Superhighway mounting, the investors are feeling the heat. In many of the small communities in the Trans-Texas corridor these newspapers are very important. "The newspapers are the main communication tool for many of the rural Texan communities, with many citizens at risk of losing their homes and farms through eminent domain," Costello wrote.
Many of these small papers have been very critical to the whole toll road project.

We could sure use this mans leadership today. If you have never listened to his anti-Vietnam war speech, I recommend a listen. It is very poignant. The following is from his Nobel Prize speech in 1964.

North American Union or bust

Still not convinced that the North American Union has been the goal of globalists for the last 20 years.

Today, 20 working groups operate out of offices in the Commerce Department preparing policy papers, memorandums of understanding, and trilateral declarations of agreement, laying the foundation for how the agreement will work. Each working group has a counterpart in the other two nations. The Bush Administration refuses to release the names of the members of the working groups. Members of the groups and top Administration leaders including the Secretaries of Defense, State and Homeland Security have attended top level meetings in Canada and Mexico to discuss SPP policy such as "Demographic and Social Dimensions of North American Integration."
Yet, all of these very expensive meetings and travel expenses, paid for by the Administration have never been authorized by the U.S. Congress. Officially, Congress has never been informed of the activities of the SPP, nor have they been approved. It's all been created behind the scenes with the use of the President's Executive Order pen.

If these one world globalists were really acting in the best interest of our individual countries they wouldn't lie and hide most of these operations from congress and the American people.

Further Down the North American Union Road

Union Pacific is asking the Federal Railroad Administration to allow a train that regularly originates in Mexico to undergo safety inspections south of the border and enter without any checks in the U.S.
"Already at war with many of its customers over poor service and escalating prices, Union Pacific now is seeking authority to avoid safety inspections on U.S. soil and run trains from Mexico as far as 1,500 miles through and into major U.S. metropolitan areas," the union says.
The UTU's Paul Thompson disagrees.

"The Union Pacific wants the train safety inspections to be performed in Mexico, where U.S. safety regulations have no force and need not be followed, and where the level of safety training and commitment is unknown," he said.

Thompson further argues a drug war has been raging in Nuevo Laredo.
"America should not be rolling the dice on public safety and national security to benefit an already highly profitable railroad able to pay its chairman $25 million annually and hand out $1 million year-end cash bonuses to top executive," he said. "Public safety and national security should not take a back seat to corporate profits. It is that simple and that urgent."
The rational for this is to expedite the movement of goods from Mexico to the U.S. The result would be to allow more Chinese crap, Mexican drugs, and illegals to more quickly and easily be moved into the heartland of the U.S. from areas in Mexico that even the local officials are afraid to enter because of lawlessness. Not to mention the bypassing of the U.S. workers that are currently serving as a deterent.

How many times have we heard mayors and governors, when faced with complaints regarding illegal aliens, claim that their police officers aren't authorized or trained to enforce immigration laws? Too many times, if you ask me. Well, either these government leaders are too ignorant to to hold office or they're out-and-out lying to the American people.
The Immigration and Nationality Act includes section 287(g), added in 1996, that grants local and state jurisdictions the ability to enforce immigration law with proper training and supervision by federal authorities. In 2003, Alabama became the second state in the nation to participate in the program by signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Department of Homeland Security. Florida was the first state to participate, in 2002.
While many politicians claim their police officers are not allowed to conduct immigration laws, their excuse for ignoring illegal aliens is a canard. Too few police agencies are taking advantage of the training offered by ICE and DHS.
Alabama Governor Bob Riley said the training and authorization allow the troopers, during the course of their regular duties, to question, detain and arrest individuals who are in this country illegally.
It's sad that I had to learn about this useful tool to fight illegal invasion from the Canadian Free Press and not our own media.

In a March 22, 2005 ruling, in Muehler v Mena, in unanimous decision from a Court known for its 5-4 splits, the United States Supreme Court essentially said that asking about immigration status during a lawful police contact (or, by implication, any lawful contact) was as fundamental a question as asking for name, address and date of birth. Indeed, the Court made clear that no predicate "independent reasonable cause' need exist to inquire into immigration status. It is the Law of the Land.

Remember the next time you hear an offical state that they have no authority or tools to help with this growing threat to our security and well being the quote in the 1st. paragraph-" either these government leaders are too ignorant to to hold office or they're out-and-out lying to the American people."

Save the 1st. Amendment

One of the biggest challenges we as believers of the 1st amendment will face in the new year will be to resist the renewed effort to expand "Hate crime" legislation. We will experience increased pressure from special interest groups to include sexual preference, religion and a number of other topics that they would like to legislate the direction of dialog that is legal. This restriction is already in place in Europe, Canada and Australia. In Australia, two pastors were tried and convicted of "vilifying Muslims" for quoting from the Quran in an attempt to point out differences between Christianity and Islam.
If you believe as I do in the right to free speech and thought you must remain vigilant and challenge this attack on one of the main pillars of our nations founding. Write you congressmen on this before it becomes a national issue.

How deep does the cover up go?

The evidence is mounting that the Oklahoma City bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building has connections to Islamic extremists that the government is ignoring or covering up. What is the possible reason that the government would not question a primary Middle-Eastern suspect that was identified being seen in the presence of Timothy McVeigh prior to the bombing?

"Evidence presented by Ms. Davis in her book and offered directly to the Congressman is so compelling that it could easily make a prima facia case for Middle Eastern involvement in the bombing. The evidence uncovered by Ms. Davis offers detailed witness accounts of a former Iraqi Republican Guardsman identified as Hussain Al-Hussaini being seen in the presence of Timothy McVeigh prior to the bombing, getting our of the bomb-laden Ryder truck the morning of April 19, and fleeing the Murrah Building in a vehicle identified and pursued by the FBI in an all-points-bulletin issued for Middle Eastern terrorists. More significantly, two federal court rulings establish that this Iraqi soldier has no provable alibi for the morning of the bombing. Overwhelming and fully substantiated evidence developed by Ms. Davis was deliberately sidestepped by the congressman as she predicted in an interview with the Northeast Intelligence Network almost a year ago."

"It is unconscionable to accept that the FBI never interviewed a primary Middle-Eastern suspect in the Oklahoma City bombing about the bombing itself, never issued an official on-the-record statement exonerating him of complicity in the Oklahoma City bombing, and despite the numerous questions surrounding the ties and activities of this individual, did nothing as he gained employment following April 19, 1995 but before September 11, 2001 at Boston-Logan airport – an airport where two of the 9/11 hijacked planes originated."

From the Department of Homeland Insecurity

Even if American companies want to comply with current employment laws they are being threatened by clowns like this. Miss. Democrat Bennie Thompson who is in line to become the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee has warned Cintas, the countries largest uniform supplier that it faces criminal charges if it follows a Dept. of Homeland Security guideline dealing with "no match" letters from the Social Security Administration.
From the Washington Times:
Rep. Bennie Thompson said in a letter to Cintas Corp. it could be charged with "illegal activities in violation of state and federal law" if any of its 32,000 employees are terminated because they gave incorrect Social Security numbers to be hired.
Evidently Mr. Thompson doesn't seem to think there is a problem with of the 250 million wage reports the government receives each year, as many as 10 percent belong to employees whose names do not match their Social Security numbers.
That's 25 million employees whose names do not match. How many illegals are in this country? Makes you wonder.
