Bulldozers don't kill people, people kill people.

This has to be one of the most convoluted arguments I have ever heard.
In 2003, Rachel Corrie, 23, spent part of the year acting as a human shield in Rafah, Gaza, between Israeli bulldozers and Palestinian homes. On March 16, she was run over by an Israeli bulldozer while protesting the demolison.

Quote from attorney Maria LaHood: "Like those who supplied poisonous gas for the Nazis' gas chambers, Caterpillar should be held accountable."
Why stop there? Why not sue the fuel company that supplied the fuel for the bulldozer?
This case needs to be thrown out like the $54 million pants lawsuit.
Just more proof that we have too many lawyers in this country.
